I'm working on a CEC supplement which I aim to launch fairly soon.

One of the things I'm agonising over is my attempt to classify the various ships by both serial number and name.

One of the biggest problems I've found is a suitable acronym for the YT prefix.

Currently I have three options, and I'd like to see if any more come out of the woodwork from you guys.

Option 1: Yacht Transport (Which I dislike as I can't see anyway one could describe a 1300 as a yacht.

Option 2: Yard Transport (Which I'm 50/50 about) referring to the old usage of these size ships as haulage within the confines of the CEC StarYards, ie, very limited jumps.

Option 3: Yield Transport (Which I'm favouring at the mo.) Yield being a method of designating cargo value. So, an alternative to HT (Haulage Transport) BT (Bulk Transport) and CT (Courier Transport) lines.

I prefer Option 3

Option 4:
It could be the mark of a designer or a design team within CEC.

Examples were the Ta 152 and Ta 153 (Fighter, produced by Focke Wulf (Germany) under the lead engineer Kurt Tank)
and all Me Types (Me Bf 109, Bf 110, Bf 410 etc.), where Me means Messerschmidt an Bf "Bayrische Flugzeugwerke" (Bavarian Planefactorys)

So "YT" could mean "Yelanis Taranil" or something other

Option 3 as it also explains the HT series.
